It typically involves alternating between periods of sauna use and cooling down, with variations in temperature and session length based on individual tolerance and goals.

Sauna and contrast therapy protocols are important for supporting physical recovery, improving circulation, and enhancing overall well-being. Exposure to heat in a sauna promotes vasodilation, which increases blood flow, reduces muscle soreness, and facilitates the removal of metabolic waste. When followed by cold exposure, such as ice baths or cold showers, contrast therapy triggers vasoconstriction, helping to reduce inflammation and stimulate the nervous system. Alternating between hot and cold conditions can improve cardiovascular function, accelerate recovery from intense training, and enhance resilience to stress. These protocols also promote mental clarity and relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, making them valuable tools in both athletic and general wellness routines.

  • Recovery Boots: 20 minutes at high pressure (post-contrast)
